If you decide to try it, make sure you use a very well-seasoned skillet or a non-stick pan so that the galette comes out easily when you flip it. I've had some where I had to do a little patch work at the end.Ed Bruskehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12217850970833353800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5603202988847584283.post-16086925249661310702009-03-02T19:21:00.000-05:002009-03-02T19:21:00.000-05:00mmmm that looks great and what a creative recipe. ...mmmm that looks great and what a creative recipe. I'm not sure how I feel about cheddar cheese in it. Blue cheese seems to work extremely well with the sweetness of the potatoes and the slight bitterness of the greens.Ed Bruskehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12217850970833353800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5603202988847584283.post-73777435661418113792009-02-25T16:27:00.000-05:002009-02-25T16:27:00.000-05:00Excellent idea. You could vary this in many ways - something substantial like kale or chard would be excellent, and a strong cheddar would work too.
