Ed, your posts about China's food have been informative, worrying - and now, today, humane. Although you are mainly dealing with the impact on the US, this is something that affects us all, wherever we live. I've tried today to get information from the British government's DEFRA website, which is supposed to be where we go for information about the food we eat in the UK. It's impossible to find anything meaningful about how much Chinese food is imported, at least with a casual search. I shall have to get serious.

Joanna, I think you have a right to know how Chinese products have infiltrated your food, regardless of where you live. Do insist on knowing...
